The difficult thing about this project

It's the characters. I can always make up a fictional character's look from any angle. However, for this particular project I'll be animating characters based on real people.
Hence, I need nail down the look of the characters early on.

One thing I have in mind when animating these characters is that I won't make the linework super clean. I will retain the sketchiness of the drawings. I believe doing so would cut down the time for the animation process.

This is a special animated project... and I will be working on it for the next 5 months. By then, a short film will uploaded.

I can't wait to jump into that and 3d animation, but I still have plenty to learn.
